For the first year, they provided quite good service, even though made few times mistakes for the price; that’s why we continue the contract with them . But it’s disaster from 2nd year, they put the wrong price for the first 6 months, so our apartment in Oct 2024 were booked up to march 2025 with super low price , the quota of 2025 almost ran out . When we went to check the apartment after terminate the contract before it finished, we found out the apartment was damaged , there were stains on the wall, in the bathroom, dirty laundry on the floor, and some items are stolen, which they should require the reimbursement from the tourists when they checked out or some issues should inform us to repair as early as possible Since we found out the problems, they didn’t respond any longer our concerns regarding the damages
