Good place to stay with family, if you have younger kids try to get the ground floor to get garden access. Parking is very tricky to get in and out, if you have a big car don’t bother trying it, you are better off parking outside. The area is very serene and quiet, cafes are a short 10 minute walk in the neighborhood to the port. Its 30 mns from monaco and 1 hr to cannes. Ac was very hot even after asking the team how to use it they gave instructions that didnt work.

THE WORST SERVICE!!! I do not recommend these apartments, and they also delete bad reviews from booking, they deleted my bad review! They are only interested in you at the stage of booking, after booking, know that they will ignore you!!

Avoid this place at all costs! Our experience was terrible from start to finish. We booked the accommodation and informed them well in advance that we would arrive at 3 AM. They assured us it wouldn’t be an issue and promised to send check-in details after 4 PM. But when the time came, we received nothing. Despite repeated calls and messages, no one responded. We ended up stranded outside in the middle of the night with no place to stay – all eight of us. When we finally managed to reach the manager after 9 AM, he was rude and dismissive, asking why we were calling so late. He eventually admitted the fault was on their end, but his apology was insincere. This place is completely unprofessional and unreliable. They failed to deliver on their promises and left us in a stressful situation. Their attempt to shift the blame onto us is completely unfounded, and they’ve shown themselves to be utterly untrustworthy.

Absolutely Horrible Experience - Do Not Book Here! This place is the absolute worst! We booked the accommodation and told them in advance that we would arrive at 3 AM. They said it was no problem and promised to send us the check-in information after 4 PM. Guess what? We got NOTHING! We tried calling, messaging - no one answered. When we finally arrived at 3 AM, we were stuck outside with no place to stay. We were a group of 8 people! Can you imagine trying to find a hotel for 8 people in the middle of the night? Online and in their information, it said that they are available from 8 AM, but guess what? No one picked up until after 9 AM! Finally, the manager answered after several of us tried calling. And what does he say? He asks us why we’re calling him so late at night! Really? What are we supposed to do if we have no place to stay? He was extremely rude on the phone and blamed us for everything. After a long argument, he finally admitted it was his staff’s fault, but his apology was half-hearted at best. This place is a complete joke, totally unprofessional and unreliable. You’ll be left stranded with no accommodation, no support, and a lot of stress. Avoid this place at all costs! And Your statement is simply not true. If our reservation had been canceled as you claim, we would not have received a message from you stating that check-in information would be provided after 4:00 PM (see the attached screenshot). You should acknowledge your mistake instead of coming up with excuses and shifting the blame onto us. If the reservation had indeed been canceled by us, you would not have been obligated to refund 100% of the payment. The fact that you failed to deliver on your end is not our responsibility, so please stop trying to make it look like we canceled the booking and that this issue is somehow our fault. Don't try to present yourselves in a positive light when that's not the reality. What I've stated is nothing but the truth, and the fault is 100% yours. You have proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy.

Very nice and quiet place to stay in Saint Jean de Cap Ferrat. Good location. We stayed in the ground floor and the apartment had a very nice large terrace. Note that there is a 1000€ deposit.
