Good service. Their listing apartments are clean and with all you need. Next door to the left in the two door entrance is where you pick and drop the keys.

Buyer Beware. I will not slander the place itself, as it was lovely, but the company charged us €40 from our €500 deposit to replace a not-at-all-new plastic tablecloth, claiming that we damaged it; they sent photos showing 3

Great location, the room is very new, and the facilities are well-equipped. The contact person is very responsible, called in advance to arrange the check-in time, and the check-in process went smoothly.

I recommend it 100% Pascale is lovely and Julia does a good job keeping everything clean and organized.

Not a professional agency I must say: for checkin the agent took 10 minutes and rushed through the house, at checkout nobody was present. We left the house as per the checkout instructions we received via Email and even vacuumed the living area. We are very easy people, so except for the cold house we did not complain about this during our stay but then made a very unpleasant experience after checkout as we were supposed to be charged for not recycling 4-5 glass bottles in the kitchen (we were not educated where to recycle these) and since our children rearranged a few small carpet floors and pillows for playing. Above all they wanted to charge us for a damage on the paint which was present when we checked in. We booked an amazing location of the property overlooking the ocean. Still we can absolutely not recommend this property unfortunately as not well maintained: -we stayed over Easter. At arrival the house was freezing cold and the radiators not even on. It took 24 hours until the house reached an acceptable temperature -in the entire house the windows were not clean and bothering us for the entire stay. I suspect the window blinds have not been cleaned from inside for years as they were full of spider webs and dirt -the kitchen drawers were all dirty and full of crumbs -the mugs and plates were sticky. We had to clean them before we could use them -the kitchen is really not appropriately equipped. Not a single sharp knife, only one single cutting board -the floor fittings and the radiators were FULL of dust in the entire house -the basement is full of mold, very unhygienic -the bikes (which were pointed out to be available for guests) all had flat tires and the kids bikes needed repair. My husband took care of that himself TO RESPOND TO YOUR COMMENT: No, I have not received an invoice for "extra cleaning" indicating what had to be taken care off. I added a photo of how we left the house/kitchen - everyone can make a judgement if this looks inappropriate. Of course it could be that we are now charged for two hours of window cleaning which was already needed in the entire house when we arrived. At least I cannot imagine that recycling 5 empty glass bottles would require 2 additional hours, otherwise you should consider chaning your cleaning staff.
