Cathy saved us!! At short notice, provided superb catering services when 17 people descended on us for 10 days during Christmas. We wouldn't have survived without her! Also lined up babysitting for our three grandchildren. We are so grateful!!

2 weeks is heaven in a delightful farmhouse in Luberon with all my kids and grandkids!!! We were a 20 minute walk from the village of Rousillion (and 5 minutes from a great winery😂😂😂)The pool and grounds with a soccer field, petanque pitch and playground made it perfect for kids and the wonderful beds(and fabulous a/c in the bedrooms) along with king bed ensuites and charming decor, made it perfect for the adults. It is 20 minutes away from the Bruoux mines, the Abbey of Senac , Idle sur de sorge and minutes from the most beautiful villages with local markets that you can imagine. We had 8 kids and 7 adults and had loads of room for all. I also recommend the catered barbecue by a local chef. Incredible! The concierges were great and responsive too. 10 stars from me!!!

I recently traveled to the South of France with 40 of my nearest and dearest (yes, you read that right—forty) and, thanks to the Lubéron Concierge team, not only did we survive the logistical high wire act… we thrived. Picture lavender fields, Mediterranean breezes, and rosé flowing freely—without a single moment spent Googling “how to book a boat in French.” From the very first interaction, the team displayed the kind of effortless savoir-faire that only comes with deep local connections and a true understanding of what discerning travelers want (and what we don’t want: stress, group-text mayhem, or translation apps). Need a fleet of private boats to explore the Mediterranean like modern-day Medici? Handled—complete with captains who knew the coastline better than their own kitchens. Private chef? Not just a chef—a culinary artist who turned our rented villa into a Michelin-worthy experience night after night. The dinners were decadent, local, seasonal, and delightfully unpretentious. He even accommodated every dietary whim with a smile (yes, Karen, your dairy-free truffle risotto was a hit). Traveling with children? The concierge summoned a squad of warm, vetted, local babysitters who were equal parts Mary Poppins and French charm. The kids were entertained, safe, and possibly better behaved than usual—while the adults reclaimed aperitif hour in peace. And the restaurants… oh, the restaurants. Booking tables for 20+ people in peak season could’ve been a diplomatic nightmare, but somehow, we were ushered in like beloved regulars. From hidden gastronomy gems to clifftop lunch spots, each meal felt like a well-kept secret revealed just for us. If you’re the type of traveler who prefers private vineyards to crowded tours, sunset cruises to bus schedules, and effortless elegance to Instagram chaos, then look no further. The Lubéron Concierge team didn’t just organize a trip—they orchestrated a symphony of unforgettable moments. Provence will forever have our hearts, and this team will forever have our recommendation. Five stars. Ten out of ten. Will return (with 40 more friends in tow).

We had a fabulous stay at the villa near Roussillon for an important family reunion comprising four family groupings, from grandparents to adult children and grandchildren. One family with four boys, another with one toddler, and one couple with no kids. The configuration of this villa was ideal, providing everyone with their own space. There is a master bedroom perfect for a couple, another large bedroom adjacent to a lovely ‘children’s room with 4 beds, each with an “the last Airbender’ symbol over the bed – that resulted in a few family squabbles as to who had a stronger symbol. Lol, another smaller room with double bed, ( no windows) was very pleasant and perfect for the teenager who did not want to be bothered by younger siblings. Another large bedroom on the ground floor with own exit to the garden sharing a bathroom with another well sized double bedroom also with own door to the garden. All the bedrooms were beautifully appointed, with simple but lovely country décor. The bathrooms were spacious, each beautifully tiled, high quality fixtures, good water pressure. The spacious living room/kitchen great room, with its high ceilings and well-equipped kitchen, including a wonderful barista machine, exceeded our expectations. The decor was lovely and could have graced a magazine cover on French country decor. The outside spaces were exceptionally well thought out. We enjoyed family dining on the loggia/terrace, a comfortable seating area with the lovely pool behind it, another shaded eating area, and lovely seating furnishings. Following through the hedge, we found a well-placed jacuzzi with an amazing 360-degree view of the Luberon Valley, with Gordes as the backdrop and the lights of Joucas a bit closer. Just to the side is a lovely boules/pétanque court with a covered seating area, where we enjoyed wonderful evening conversations and games of boules, especially when the Mistral wasn’t blowing. The property also featured a small playground for young children and a newly planted small football pitch. The property was fully walled and very large, allowing the children to run freely without parental concerns. The landscaping and nighttime lighting deserve special mention as they created a magical fairyland atmosphere once darkness fell. I wish I could paint it for you! The property was perfect and clean on arrival. We were met by Sandrine, who provided an overview of all we needed to know, left us with keys, gate openers, and a contact number where we could reach her anytime. A small issue with the hot water on arrival was dealt with within hours, even though it was late at night. Sandrine was quick to respond to any questions and provided us with great information on local wineries when asked. The additional concierge services arranged by Cathy were very helpful as well. We arranged a special birthday BBQ at the villa for 18 people, and with her assistance, we had an amazing experience of a whole roast lamb, BBQ'd all afternoon at the villa, slowly brushed with olive oil and rosemary every half hour. The meal included a wonderful selection of local specialties, salads, and a homemade dessert. It was a truly wonderful celebration for the birthday boy and the whole family. The combination of Sandrine and her team, headed by Cathy and Natasha (accounts), helped make a truly wonderful family holiday with priceless memories that will not be forgotten, from the youngest 3-year-old to the oldest 73-year-old.
