The very first time I met Brian, I knew he would be a great property manager. After interviewing a couple of other property managers, he was the clear choice - good communicator, responsive, positive attitude, and he speaks English well (which is good for our guests who come from all over the world). Since hiring Brian in May of 2022, we have had quite an eventful time. Between things like the air conditioning breaking, weird smells coming from the bathroom, and the water getting shut off (which was my fault), Brian has been extremely helpful in each of these situations. Since I am based in California, it was important to me that the property manager I hired was available for anything that needed attention. Brian has been available for all of our guest check-ins, scheduling the cleaners, and helping fix things when they come up. Just recently, Brian created a digital house manual and guide for our guests. I added some details as well, but once I was done, Brian quickly had the manual printed, and now we have a copy of it inside of the apartment. I think this book will help enhance our guests’ experience, and I’m really glad Brian initiated the creation of this manual. If you’re looking to hire a responsive and reliable property manager, I highly recommend Brian!
