I'm writing my Airbnb review here because the 14-day feedback period has unfortunately passed. I had emailed Interhome directly to resolve some of the issues we experienced before leaving a public review, but I haven’t heard back – so here it is: Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Nice. It was clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. However, we were surprised by the lack of basic amenities such as hand and kitchen towels, hand soap, a bath mat, or extra blankets. The listing mentioned three beds, but the couch wasn’t really suitable as a proper third bed. Key pick-up and return was inconvenient – particularly on departure day, as the office is about a 30-minute walk from the apartment. This hadn’t been mentioned in the ad. We also found it frustrating that extra charges for towels, Wi-Fi, and a 300€ deposit only appeared after booking. Moreover, contacting the host required emailing outside the Airbnb app, which doesn’t align with Airbnb’s terms and conditions – not what I’ve come to expect from Airbnb properties, both in France and elsewhere.

Zero service 😂 Have to do everything yourself: collect the keys, drop off the keys, super early check out. Simply inconvenient

The worst experience ever! The door of my apartment had an unsual style to be locked. Upon my arrival, I emailed the agency and they replied 2 days after. In meantime, we were unsafe! In addition, we booked through AirBnB but Interhome had its own policies that we were not aware and informed through AirBnB system.

There was a leash on the agreement we were supposed to get, but they upgraded us free of charge to another one. Kind staff. No problems. We didn't have WiFi in our second place, which was a bitof a let down. We had AC though, so that made it a lot better.
