Ma Conciergerie en Normandie | Le Havre

We spent a full week in the apartment Cosy in July of 2025. We had a great time both inside and outside the apartment. It’s located nicely close to the beach with a panoramic view of the sea and the inlet to the harbour. With the city of Le Havre as its neighbour it has everything you need close by in order to enjoy a holiday. The apartment itself is beautiful and very clean (which was important for us). Having a dedicated parking space in the garage below the apartment was really top notch. The only set back was the closeness to the road outside the apartment. It was no surprise as it was mentioned in the description but a bit annoying while sitting outside on the balcony enjoying the sun and the beautiful view. We had a great communication with the hosts during our stay giving us great recommendations and suggestions. Highly recommended host and apartment!

NIGHTMARE stay from issues known & unremedied by hosts, led to verbal abuse & threats from neighbours. We’ve a young family (2 year old & 3 year old) so booked an apartment in Rouen described as ‘tranquil’, but the reality was the opposite due to inadequate soundproofing resulting in abuse/threats from neighbours. This includes banging on ceiling 15 mins after entry, we wasn’t sure what that was initially, but left for dinner. Upon return from dinner, and getting children ready for bed (less than 20mins) we had unrelenting loud banging at the door and rude, verbally abusive neighbour to greet us with threats, so we left the next day. It failed to live up to its description of "excellent quality" bedrooms & a "superb relaxation area" proved far from accurate, so not the serene retreat envisioned. Communication with hosts is unreliable, with a chain from Delphine (who is nice) to Clara (manager at this company) who spoke for an elusive owner who lacked both accountability for renovations with lack of sound proofing that caused the issues alongside a complete lack of fraternity. Thus no refund was offered given by this company who said it was the ‘owner’s’ choice and engaged in some dishonest siding with a neighbour who wrote a letter of apology. Clara even admitted there was an incident with the neighbour last year and Delphine’s reported the neighbour having a go at her for changing the bed (is a clear undisclosed safety issue) as we literally just arrived and, they knew the issues with the flat. As such action had to be taken through airbnb, in context of multiple breaches of airbnb rules for hosts. I have asked airbnb as a remedy to look into suspending their accounts for breach of host rules. I would avoid this company, as the other thing to hold in mind is Clara asked me not to leave a review of what happened, so covering up what happened for other potential guests. That this was one of the first things on their mind might lead you to question how many other people they have asked not to leave one. So out of fraternity for people who want to enjoy their holidays, I hope this serves as a warning to spend your money elsewhere. Location: Rue Stanislas Girardin, Rouen. Delphine, their own staff member cane and first told us to change nights (we couldn’t 3 night minimum) then told us to cancel. We even have a note from the neighbours apologising as we were going to call the police. Nobody should have to stay somewhere with neighbours who have a problem because of the poor condition of an airbnb. Being in a foreign country with locals a go at my wife with baby in arms and threatening to keep us up all night. - Il suffit de noter que leur réponse ci-dessous est un mensonge complet – et cela devrait vous en dire beaucoup sur leur comportement. Delphine, leur propre membre du personnel, nous a d'abord dit de changer de nuit (nous ne pouvions pas 3 nuits minimum) puis nous a dit d'annuler. Nous avons même une note des voisins s'excusant car nous allions appeler la police. Personne ne devrait avoir à séjourner quelque part avec des voisins qui ont un problème à cause du mauvais état d’un airbnb. Être dans un pays étranger avec des locaux, s'en prendre à ma femme avec un bébé dans les bras et menacer de nous empêcher de dormir toute la nuit.

We had a lovely stay in Normandie. The property we booked was everything we needed for a short break away. Well equipped, clean, great location and comfortable. Our main contact Chrystele was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We very much recommend booking through Ma Conciergerie en Normandie.

The apartment was the perfect place to stay for our 3 days in Rouen. It's location was superb, just 10-15 mins walk to the Cathedral. The apartment is stylishly furnished & very comfortable. We had everything we needed, the kitchen is well equipped and everything was very clean.
