Concierge Aix en Provence 🗝️ Les Clés d’Aix

I was so excited to stay at one of their properties with a group of friends. I arrive to the property greated by a lovely lady that would later turn into an absolute nightmare. We left the home in a reasonable condition considering that we had paid extra for a cleaning fee. Much to my surprise I received an abusive and infuriating phone call from the lady running the location saying we didn’t follow her instruction on folding the towels and cleaning the home. She probably wanted to pocket the cleaning fee and not have to actually pay for it to get done. So please please. Look elsewhere and don’t use this company for booking an Airbnb. Unless you like being abused. That’s up to you. 🤷

Emma and Silvio were fantastic, giving us restaurant recommendations, local tips and more. We could not recommend them more highly, thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. They followed up and went beyond on every request or query and quite simply made our visit to Aix!

FRIENDLY PERSONALISED SERVICE - EYE FOR DETAIL - EFFICIENCY When we were in need of a local concierge service to look after the short term rental of our suite in Aix en Provence called THE OTHER SUITE we selected Les Cles d’Aix because of the professional way the owners Silvio and Emma dealt with our initial inquiry. That decision turned out to be the right one! They delivered what they promised, from the personalized guest welcome and departure and assisting guests during their stay to the cleaning of the apartment and dealing with special requests. Thanks to the team of Les Cles d’Aix we received great guest feedback about their stay at THE OTHER SUITE on the AirBNB website. Definitely a conciergerie highly recommended to those after a turn key management of their house or apartment in the Aix region.

We stayed in a beautiful, well-maintained house with a lovely swimming pool and will 100 percent definitely return here! The owner is very nice and Emma and Sylvio who take care of the house were also very pleasant.
