This AirBnb is a hidden gem! Location is excellent - this part of Versailles is extremely walkable, and has many restaurants within five minutes of it. The apartment was in great condition, and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

This property owner robbed me! They charged me for damages I didn’t cause, stole my €500 deposit, and now they’re completely ignoring my messages. This is a SCAM. Do not trust them!

Horrible experience. They robbed me at the end of my stay in 500 euros. They declared I had damaged the toilet, but I proved that the toilet was already broken when I first went into the apartment. I always record my arrival and my departure so I can avoid things like this. I never had a problem this big before, so I recorded everything as usual: showing how the sinks had water running, the beds were in good state, the chairs, cups, plates, everything. But this time the toilet was broken, a little cracked off of the walls. Me and my family made a point not to use so it wouldn't damage it further. Since we went for vacation, it was a big deal, we stayed most of the day and night out. What really got me was that, after I sent them both my videos, they declaired I only sent one video and showed me another video of the toilet, which was way worst than what we found and left. I think they force damage it so they could charge me the 500 euro deposit. After 4 days, they won't answer me anymore. Booking isn't doing anything either, they just say that I didn't do the deposit through them (even though it was through their website) and that the only thing they can do is say "sorry" and contact the owner. This place is a SCAM. Do not trust them, do not stay with them. The renovated houses are clearly badly done and they will charge you for stuff that aren't your fault.

Owner claimed that a poorly installed toilet was broken during our stay. They also sent us a video of the toilet in a worst condition, which leads me to think that they forced damage in order to claim the whole deposit. Reply: Owner claims he sent us proof, all they did was send us a badly recorded video of a damaged wall because it can’t handle the weight of the toilet. I don’t need to be an architect to understand that the installation of this toilet was a bad choice. The deposit was kept without any other proof. Unfortunately, we trusted the company with a deposit that was given outside of the Booking platform. They’re not trustworthy and most of the positive reviews here are FAKE.

Rented an appartment in Versailles. It was lovely, exactly as described, clean. La Conciergerie Royale were very responsive and helpful. Would use again.
