We received the best service when we where in saint-cezaire. We can recommend the team if you want a perfect holiday. They where constantly on top of anything that we needed
Isabelle has been the most wonderful host and concierge. Everything was perfect, Extremely reliable and professional! The owner or the Villa shared our contact numbers 2 weeks before travel and Isabelle made contact via WhatsApp well in advance to plan our welcome. Isabelle was very accommodating to our traveling plans and was available from the moment we arrived. Our airport transfers were delayed on our side and Isabelle put us right at ease, kindly altering her plans to wait for us. During our stay we had a couple of urgent questions/requests, including the need for a pharmacy which Isabelle responded with information for us rightaway and a query in the garden with a wasp nest that needed prompt intervention and this was done within the same afternoon. She even checked in with us to see that we were ok and enjoying our holiday. Isabelle was wonderful with our children, personally welcoming the whole family when we arrived and spoke to our girls both excitedly about our holiday plans on arrival and at check out. My 3 year old daughter even held Isabelle’s hand to show her round the villa during the preliminary check out meeting - She made us feel very at ease and very welcome. 5 stars for service sure, thank you Best wishes The Pearson Family
Isabelle provided a very professional yet attentive service to us during our stay. There was always a smile and sense of humour which was much appreciated! We stayed for a week in a beautiful villa in Saint Cezaire sur Siagne and had a wonderful time. Isabelle was super helpful and friendly, answered all of our questions promptly and even came to the house once when we couldn't figure out how to start the water heater. The house looked absolutely beautiful and was very clean, was equipped with everything we needed and the hosts had even bought water toys and various baby products for our kids. It felt like they did everything they could to make us feel welcome. I warmly recommend Isabelle to everyone looking for a nice and relaxed holiday in the south of France.
