Beautiful gem in Tours in a stately building on a quiet little road of beautiful historic architecture. Staying here felt like living like very privileged locals. More restaurants that you could count were within easy walking distance. We were six minutes walk away from everywhere and yet approaching our apartment after a busy day walking the streets of Tours, felt like entering a sanctuary. Absolutely beautiful place lovingly kept in fabulous condition. We felt very lucky. We will be back!

Our group of seven adults had a wonderful stay at Pascal’s townhouse. The home is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. The townhouse also has a large garage, which is very convenient for guests with a rental car. Pascal is a highly responsible and attentive host who responded to my messages promptly. He provided clear and detailed instructions for both check-in and check-out and kindly recommended excellent places to visit in Tours. I truly appreciate Pascal’s exceptional hospitality. We had a fantastic stay at his townhouse and a wonderful time in Tours. I highly recommend this place.

My family and dog stayed here for a week and it was absolutely perfect! The home is even more beautiful in person and every detail is thoughtfully planned for. Pascal is a very kind, responsive and extremely professional host who is very attentive to us and made sure we had everything we needed. We even enjoyed additional services offered such as a cheese and charcuterie and a Raclette party. The location is perfect for exploring the Loire valley. You're on a side street off of the main road so the home is extremely peaceful and quiet at night. We slept great but you're also a 1-minute walk to the main Street and a 10-minute walk to basically anywhere downtown you want to see. We would highly recommend this extremely well organized, comfortable and beautiful home and we would be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful apartment centrally located near Les Halles market and easy walking throughout the city. We loved the peaceful street, gorgeous balcony views and well-appointed amenities- perfect for a light dinner one evening. The apartment is as described. We had the pleasure of meeting Pascal at check-in and he ensured that we felt right at home. This is one of our favorites and highly recommend. Easy parking out front.

This was our first stay in France. Communication was easy and they were so responsive. The location was ideal for getting around the city and being in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Parking was in a public lot but was easy to walk to. It was a hot few days and even though the place did not have air conditioning it always stayed cool and we used the large fan at night. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings were very comfortable. We will come back if we are back in Tours. Had a wonderful time exploring the Loire Valley
