I'm waiting for my reimbursement since 3 months already. They always say on the phone they will manage but never give me a proper response. DO NOT make the reservation using their website unless you wanna have a hard time managing anything in your reservation.
Villa very nice and clean spacious
Don’t use this company to book a service in Toulouse. It ruined my trip. The appartment was very unhealthy because humidity. They pushed me not to leave an evaluation on the booking platform I used and then they wrote an evaluation about me with false accusations. Really dishonest company. Very surprised this company works and operates with so little respect to the guests in France.
They lied to me! They gave me three different code pin to entry to the apartment, and all code pin were incorrect. I can not entry and finally my only option was cancel the book. So they received 100% of the money, and I cannot use the apartment, and I had to search another place to sleep that night. I can demonstrate everything with emails and photos.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The service I received while staying an airbnb manger by this company was beyond anything I could ever ask for. Checked in with us daily to ensure there weren't any issues was flexible with check in and check out times. I had to get my passport express shipped from Ireland and Jonathon(I believe his name was) helped me to get it shipped to the office and when it arrived later than expected literally drove to the train station to give it to me to allow me to catch my flight. Thank you so so much again!!!
