The worst people and the worst agency. Stay away at all cost./ EDIT: agency answer is a gaslight, they gave us an ice cold appartement and we froze an entire night. They never had any intention to remedy the issue and just wanted to cover up to avoid reimbursing us for the night. It took 24H for the living room to reach 20c while the kitchen was still at 16c, but hey, let your customers freeze to save the environment. Pair that with an agent that doesn’t let you finish one single sentence, raise his voice at you, enters the apartment without knocking and messages you on your phone without your consent. Great job!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was a cozy, clean, spacious, and well-equipped apartment. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. Big recommendations for this concierge company and the apartment itself.

0 STARS — DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. I absolutely do NOT recommend this agency. If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT stay at L’Appolinare in Toulouse, France. Disgusting doesn’t even begin to describe it. We booked a 5-month stay as students starting a semester abroad. Moving to another country is stressful enough — the bare minimum anyone expects is a clean, livable place. What we walked into was a complete joke. The apartment looked nothing like the photos. There was a strong, unpleasant smell, hair and lint all over the sofa (so filthy you literally couldn’t sit on it), stains covering the curtains, and dirty dishes left in the cabinets. Plates and utensils were clearly never washed. There were holes in the walls, and the kitchen baseboards were falling apart. This is completely unacceptable — especially knowing tenants were staying for FIVE MONTHS. And it gets worse. The “heating” did not work at all. The room stayed around 16°C, maybe 19°C on a good day — which is FREEZING and absolutely not livable. This is not a minor inconvenience; it’s basic habitability. We went in person to complain to the Caccon agency, and the woman there was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. When we asked if there were other listings available, she had an awful attitude and clearly did not care. Zero professionalism. Zero accountability. For an agency renting to students moving abroad, this level of neglect is embarrassing. The apartment is disgusting, unsafe, and unlivable, and the agency could not care less. This has been the worst housing experience I have ever had. Save yourself the stress, money, and misery. DO NOT RECOMMEND. 0/100. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We spent 1 month in La Salini and it was wonderful. The location was perfect for easy walks in to the city center, parks and metro/tram stations. And it was so quiet both inside and outside (important since city center can be loud at night). Cocoonr staff were great at check-in and with any questions we had. *No, the photo is not the view from the apartment but there is a very pretty building across the rue.
