Cocoonr Strasbourg - Concierge and Rental Agency

Séjour dans un appartement (l'escapade Alsacienne) cocoonr nickel, du début à la fin. Extrêmement pro tout le long du séjour. Grande salle de séjour. 3 chambres doubles de belle taille, 1 cuisine+SDB+toilettes séparées. 10 minutes à pieds de la cathédrale. Je recommande, évidemment.

I had a very disappointing stay at a Cocoonr Strasbourg studio in Bassin d'Austerlitz from 24 November to 6 December. Immediately after check-in, I discovered there was no heating, and despite contacting the agency and trying their suggested troubleshooting steps (including resetting the thermostat and electrical panel), the heating never worked. A technician was only scheduled to visit after 10 days, by which time I had endured icy conditions throughout the apartment. The auxiliary heaters provided were noisy, ineffective for heating the entire space, and gave the impression that the central heating had never functioned properly—something that should have been disclosed before booking. Additionally, the WiFi instructions were incorrect: neither the network name nor password worked initially, and even after receiving new details, the connection remained unreliable. Overall, the experience was marred by a complete lack of heating and unstable internet. UPDATE: photo attached

Excellent stay in Strasbourg in a very cozy apartment in Krutenau (Le Nid). We have spent 9 nights in this beautiful place, perfectly located in a quiet area with charm, and fullu equipped with all needed for a warm.stay. the instructions and communication eith the agencywere spot-on, detailed and efficient. We also has a close communication with them.during our stay, we felt the apartment management was very professional. Highly reccomended for a lovely stay in Strasbourg.

Great time in this great apartment! All very very good, location is perfect, agency - most helpful with everything! Stunning views from the terrace and even from inside as the windows are very big and on every side! View from the bathroom is really great experience,. I was glad to stay in this apartment. Great location, in the center and everything is nearby, for me it is very important. The apartment is nice and cozy, there is everything for a comfortable stay. I recommend staying in this apartment. The owners are very friendly, good attitude, kind, always in touch, respond quickly, if any help is needed - they help. Thank you for everything.
