Je recommande vivement cette conciergerie, Hanna et Débora font preuve de professionnalisme et de réactivité pour chaque réservation effectuée sur Soissons. Elles sont à l’écoute des voyageurs, ce qui rend l’expérience et le séjour agréable.
Incapacité à gérer le planning de réservation d un gîte référencé sur booking (et/ou autres sites) . Un mois après la réservation effectuée sur booking ils vous annoncent que le gîte à été doublement réservé et lancent l annulation sans se preoccuper les clients.... entreprise à éviter soigneusement.
Service et organisation impeccable. Je ne peux que recommander. Merci à vous pour ce séjour d’exception ❤️!
Super accueil de l’hôte. L’équipe qui se démarque par sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité .
Très bonne équipe qui se démène tant pour les hôtes que pour les voyageurs. Très réactives pour solutionner les problèmes (une panne d’eau chaude solutionnée dans l’immédiat). Je recommande à 100%.
