Great location by the lake. Comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment with secure parking and lovely view. Highly recommended.
The whole rental process was really easy and our contact, Violette, was extremely efficient and helpful before and during our stay. This was our second time using Location Annecy and we will not hesitate to book through them again for next year. The apartment was fantastic with a truly spectacular view of the lake. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!
We would like to thank all members of the LLA Selections team and especially Sophie, Lola and Mayline, who helped us to enjoy enormously our stay in Annecy. They were very responsive to all our questions, sorting out any issues quickly and efficiently. The check-in and check-out process was straightforward and pleasant. Lola even brought us with the nice bottle of wine, local honey, chocolate and bread! LLA Selections provided us with a guide for local activities, services and sightseeing. We are really hoping to come back soon!
CAUTION - NOT RECOMMENDED! We booked an apartment with „LLA Selections“ at Lac d‘Annecy. The apartment was supposed to have a private pool and a lake view. The pool didn‘t work and the lake view was obstructed by an abandoned house / construction site. Afterwards we were offered a different accommodation that was infested with cockroaches. LLA Selections do not take proper care of their rental apartments and do not care about their customers experience. ——— Update after answer from owner ——— As you can see from the photos, we have found FOUR cockroaches in the timespan of one hour we spent at the house. There have been other insects and spiders in every room of the house. As you told me yourself, you expected the pool to be available on day 4 of our 10 day trip. This is not acceptable and your tries to negate any responsibility are as well. I also demand, that you refrain from any personal attacks on my wife.
Top location to explore the old town and the various beaches around the beautiful lake. The view from the terrace can’t be described in words, even photos can’t caputure this intense feeling of happiness.
