Hosts are super understanding, response and easy to deal with. We had so sadly cancel due to COVID difficulties and they were very understanding and made it very easy to get a full reimbursement. They were proactive about following up and ensuring the full reimbursement was done fast. Very pleasant, professional and friendly encounter!! Much appreciated! Strongly recommend. And we can’t wait to go back!

We have visited Samoens a few times over the years, and we've used Conciergerie du Grand Massif for the last two years. We cannot thank JP and his colleagues enough for the fantastic hospitality, welcome, attention to detail and support before and during our stay. It is hugely reassuring to have both the luxury and flexibility of our own accommodation whilst we are on holiday, but with the reassurance that the chalet has all been taken care of and our holiday can run smoothly. Visited beautiful property in Samoëns. Very well appointed chalet. Central location, within perfect reach of everything. There was plenty to offer from the Concierge, from delivered shopping and pre booking of catered meals if wanted. The Chalet was very clean and the hosts were very helpful and on hand if you should need assistance. I would definitely recommend this property and would definitely visit again.

A fantastic, friendly and responsive service from JP, Nathalie and Conciergerie. From months before with advice on ski hire and lift passes to ensuring a mature handover on arrival. It was a brilliant apartment for us, which was very clean, spacious, well located and very well equipped. Absolutely no problems encountered which all helped to ensure a great holiday. Many thanks.
