Caribbean side, Rental Villa Manager

This place is clean and the amities are great. There's everything you would need and the hospitality is second to none. I would highly recommend this place.

The manager Stephan was so rude and argumentative and a very poor communicator. Everything was someone else's fault or my poor perception of events and accepts none of it as his responsibility, nor apologizes for any of it. Very poor management skills as you can see from a review I made while staying at one of the villas he manages. I definitely don't recommend his services because he will allow your villa to fall apart and not properly take care of it. The villa, pool, and view were beautiful, but our stay was disrupted by multiple maintenance and management issues. Key amenities like the dishwasher (which we repaired ourselves), garage door, espresso, blender, BBQ, list goes on, were not working properly, and parts of the deck were damaged. Two showers leak into bedrooms, causing the bungalow to have a persistent moldy smell, which became a health concern. I wouldn’t recommend anyone sleep in the bungalow.Though we were told water outages might occur, the villa had a reservoir for such times. Still, from Saturday afternoon to Monday afternoon, we had no water. Management’s initial response was “Bon courage à vous.” (Good luck to you) After following up, they discovered Monday it was due to a plumbing failure on their end. During that time, we couldn’t shower, flush toilets, wash dishes, or do laundry. We had to leave to find showers and eat out, essentially turning the villa stay into a camping trip. Communication from the hosts remained unhelpful and dismissive.There were towel shortages, missing basics, and poor preparation overall, especially difficult with young children. While the welcome baguette, rum, and fruit were nice touches, the lack of accountability made the week stressful. After our stay, the hosts enabled a message timer, erasing all messages except the 100euro refund confirmation, an amount that didn’t reflect the high rental cost (5000$) or major inconvenience.Sadly, I can’t recommend this villa.

Grâce à lui, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de nos vacances sans aucun stress. Un grand merci pour votre gentillesse et votre efficacité, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
