If I could give zero stars, I would. The host showed up 45 minutes late for check-in, gave me the wrong parking instructions, and then had the nerve to post abusive and exaggerated feedback about my stay. After already being charged 50€ for cleaning, I was accused of leaving the place “very dirty”, based on photos that don’t reflect reality. To top it off, the very same person who was supposedly “cleaning” was spotted relaxing at Le Caliente 30 minutes later. This is a complete scam and an insult to guests. Absolutely unacceptable, not the kind of service anyone should have to deal with on vacation.
