Adrien at M2V Conciergerie has been exceptional from day one. He delivers all the basics flawlessly - thorough, timely, efficient, and communicates clearly but he goes far beyond that. What sets him apart is how he treats our property like his own. He's proactive about improvements, helping us upgrade our photos, listing description, and overall offering. Has adapted to some of the specifics of our property and implemented smart processes that make everything run smoothly. The results are excellent. Since Adrien and M2V Conciergerie took over, our bookings have improved greatly, we now get reservations during periods that were normally very quite for us. He's maintained a perfect 5-star guest review record, which is very impressive. He handles everything professionally, even difficult situations with challenging guests. Nous avons logé dans un airbnb ce week-end et nous avons été accueilli par Adrien aux petits soins ! Échanges faciles en amont de la réservation, un accueil très sympathique et une disponibilité extraordinaire ! Vendredi soir panique à l'airbnb, pas de tire bouchon. Adrien a débarqué à 21h30 pour nous en apporter un. Nous le recommandons très fortement !
