We rented through ByMobility this year and overall, our stay went smoothly. We had no major issues during the rental period. However, after we moved out, things took a disappointing turn. The agent, Dan, refused to return our deposit of approximately €2,600 without providing a clear or fair explanation. He claimed that we had caused “unrepairable damage” to the flooring and that the landlord demanded full replacement of the entire floor — all 37m² — despite the alleged damage being less than 0.5m². We have tried to contact Dan multiple times for clarification and documentation, but he has remained silent. We did not want to take this matter public, but due to the lack of response and the fact that our deposit has not been returned for over a month, we feel we have no choice but to disclose our experience here. This has been deeply frustrating and unprofessional, and we hope this serves as a caution to others considering renting through ByMobility
