We had a lovely stay in this apartment, which is in an excellent location, right on the edge of the old city. The apartment was clean, easily accessible and very quiet. Having a secure parking space was a real plus. Communication with the host was excellent and the series of videos regarding the apartment were extremely helpful.
Good location in centre, spacious apartment up 2 tall floors with no lift. Underground parking worked very well 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. Very helpful host.
We had a great stay. The apartment was well located and close to the city centre, and restuarnats and sights, very clean and tidy, well appointed with everythinh you may require and a good size. The Concierge was very helpful and welcoming, and met us to pick up the keys when we werer leaving. We would highlyh recommend this apartment
April 2024. I was in contact with the property manager after the first night indicating a significant issue with the bed. Later it was acknowledged that it was unusable... meanwhile I slept there for 4 nights until I could find alternative accommodation during my busy schedule. The bed was not inspected until after I left. As far as communication, to access the apartment, all went well in that area.
A lovely holiday in Poulx - nice, safe, clean and quiet. Our family had a wonderful stay with busy mornings and relaxing afternoons. The Croco Concierge Tram were super friendly, rapid and responsive. Thank you all.
