Overall, we had a pleasant stay and everything was as expected. The location and communication were great, and the apartment was comfortable. Just a small note: occasionally there was a slight odor in the bathroom, likely due to the building’s older plumbing. It didn’t affect our stay overall, and everything else was perfectly fine.
The space was easy to find with a beautiful view of the ocean & very convenient for transportation
The small apartment is very good and has everything you need. The sea view from the balcony is very beautiful. The check in was easy and clearly instructed. The supermarket and the tram/bus stop are not far away. The airport didn't influence us at all, I think there were no flights between 11 pm and 6 am. We slept very well. The hot water for showers was very good. I will recommend this apartment

My time at 28 Rue Cassini in Nice was incredible due to how helpful & accommodating Jordan and David were. I ending up losing my key while in Nice and they were able to get me back into the Airbnb within an hour! It could’ve been an absolute nightmare, but their help and timeliness saved the day! Would highly recommend!
