Appartement sympa hormis les toilettes faite pour des enfants coller à la porte et quand on s’assoit on se prend le porte papier ………manque d’informations sur les alentours et sur les petite déjeuner, dans tout les réservations que j’ai effectué quand y’a noté petit déjeuner c’est pour tout les matin et non que pour le 1 er jours ! En échangeant avec eux la faute est sur la plateforme de réservation ce qui est totalement faux vue qu’on me dit après que si j’avais demandé il me l’aurai fait , cela devrait être automatique de mon points de vue ! Comme dans tout les hôtel que j’ai fréquenté et cela dans le monde entier ……. Je ferais attention. De ne plus passer par une conciergerie à l’avenir !
Myself and my wife are 2 senior citizens above 65 years old and had planned a long Christmas and New Year holidays from 2 December 2025 to 8 January 2026 covering Paris, Dijon, Metz, Strasbourg, Colmar, St. Louis, Zermatt, Chamonix, Annecy, Nevers and then back to Paris. Most of the accommodations we booked via a popular third party platform. Since the plan included a drive from Annecy to Paris during the final phase of our vacation (which is a long drive, over 6 hours) we decided to have an overnight stopover in Nevers before we drive back to Paris. I did a booking on 2 June 2025 for "Le Manou, Apartment neuf avec terrasse, parking sous-terrain & ascenseur" by Primo Conciergerie Nevers for an overnight stay from 5-6 January 2026. I received a confirmation for the booking on 2 June 2025 with an initial payment of €31.09 and the balance of the payment (€64.50) was charged on 9 June 2025. This mean the total cost was charged more than 6 months ahead of the stay. On 4 January 2026, one day before check-in, I received a message from Primo Conciergerie Nevers (Mathieu) requesting for the payment of deposit (€500) before they can send me the code and exact address for check-in which I complied. Mathieu replied and confirmed received of deposit on the same day. I have been traveling all over Europe for the past 10 years, never have I came across any accomodation, including 5 star hotels and Paradores, asking for €500 security deposit. On 5 January 2026, at 12:00 noon, I received the check-in details with code for key box access from Mathieu and I managed to check-in the apartment around 17:54 pm. The next morning, on 6 January 2026, we message Mathieu at 10:44 am and informed him that we have already check-out. On 7 January 2026, we received a message of appreciation from Mathieu thanking us for staying in the apartment with an invoice for the rental paid (€95.59). However on 10 January 2026, I received a message from unknown person saying that my deposit of €500 has been forfeited because the inspection team found (1) nitrous oxide canisters, (2) numerous empty alcohol containers, and (3) an extremely strong smell of tobacco inside the accommodation. My credit card statement showed that €500 was deducted on 4 January 2026, even before I checked-in but no official invoice was given for the €500 until today. How can these accusations be true when both of us are non-smoker and in fact the smell of cigarettes smoke give us headache. Moreover, we have been driving for over 4 hours from Annecy to Nevers in a cold, foggy and wintery conditions, arriving after 5:00 pm and leaving early the next morning before 11:00 am. Where do we find the energy and time to organize a party with loud music as claimed by the unknown person within such a short span of time and in a foreign country where we have no friends and where the exact address was only sent to us less than 5 hours before our arrival. The person even insisted that they have written statement from several neighbors about loud noise during the period of our stay which we strongly believe are fraudulent and fabricated. I have written to the Co-Founders of Primo Conciergerie and have not received any response even though the letter was also copied to the Nevers Police Department and Nevers Tourist Office. I just want to share what we actually experience at this particular accommodation which have never happened to us during our past 10 years tour of Europe. Appartement très chaleureux, hyper confortable et idéalement placé pour tout faire à pied. Une mention particulière pour la décoration intérieure et la grandeur des chambres. Une pépite au cœur du centre ville de Nevers.
Apartamento bem no coração do centro, próximo a todos pontos de turisticos, bons restaurantes bem pertinho. Cama bem confortável, bem decorado. Une pepite .
