I booked an Air BnB apartment in Montpellier for a week. I’d never been to the city and was excited to explore. First, getting into the apartment was so easy because I was sent step by step instructions with photos. Excellent! Then the apartment was extremely clean and well organized. I felt comfortable immediately. I did have a couple of questions and needed some recommendations - the host (Chloe) always answered within minutes. So responsive, so helpful - and very kind. You really felt well taken care of and appreciated. I just loved the whole experience! Thanks, Chloe!
We were lucky and happened to stay at a property managed by Chloe at Concierge Casa Tranquila. Everything was clean, in good order, with a binder full of suggestions for a nice stay in Montpellier, and the communication was excellent! When we returned to Montpellier, we specifically sought out a place that was managed by Chloe. We had another excellent stay, and will always try to stay in a property managed by Concierge Casa Tranquila any time we are in Montpellier.
I regularly visit this home and I really love it. I will be returning yet again as everything is perfect! :-)
