CBC Home Concierge

I rented an apartment in Palavas with CBC via booking. Unfortunately the apartment had several damages. There was mold in the bathroom, damaged furnitures, constrution in the apartment next door which made it impossible to work and stay there. I took pictures and informed CBC about it and that I have to leave earlier than booked because I cannot work with a noisy drill next door. Unfortunately they showed no flexibility at all, did not believe me and even blamed me for lying on bookin.com. Don´t book there if you have the choice. And of course CBC reacted again by accusing me to be a lyer ( which I am of course not ) I have photos and videos incl. the noise to proof all my statements above. This is the way CBC treats their guests. They were not even open to discuss when I or booking contacted them. Just do not book there. There is a big chance that you will regret it as I do !

Excellente expérience avec cette conciergerie. Service sérieux, réactif et très professionnel. Tout a été parfaitement géré, ce qui m’a permis d’être totalement serein. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Un immense merci à notre hôte Carole CBC Home Concierge pour sa gentillesse et sa compréhension. Nous avons trouvé un appartement à la dernière minute après une mauvaise expérience, et quelle belle surprise ! La réservation a été facilitée et bloquée très rapidement, ce qui nous a énormément soulagés. Le cadre est très agréable : résidence T3 Mira Lattes proche Montpellier neuve avec code d’accès, locaux impeccables, et nous avions même la chance d’être les premiers locataires de vacances. L’appartement est sublime, très bien décoré, pensé dans les moindres détails, d’une propreté irréprochable et surtout très confortable. La climatisation a été appréciée, tout comme les petites attentions à notre arrivée (assiette de madeleines, thé à disposition) qui nous ont vraiment touchés. Mes filles ont adoré leur séjour, nous avons été très bien accueillis et tout est à proximité : commerces, restaurants, et la plage à seulement 10 minutes en voiture. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de nos vacances et rattraper notre semaine grâce à ce logement. Si je devais mentionner un seul point négatif, ce serait la vue, un peu gâchée par les constructions en cours dans la zone. Mais honnêtement, grâce au double vitrage, aucun bruit ne nous a dérangés et cela n’a en rien altéré la qualité de notre séjour. En résumé, je recommande vivement ! Nous repartons avec un excellent souvenir et sans aucun regret.

I stayed in one of the apartments managed by them a few weeks ago during my trip in France, I forgot an item at the property, and it took them a month and countless messages to get it back (they of course charge twice the rate you normally pay at the post office), we had scheduled meetings several times in order for me to get my item back, but she canceled every time under the pretext that she works a lot and was busy, but a forgotten item by a guest in part of her job too so I don’t understand what the problem. The fourth meeting, I had to cancel because of a health issue, she then used that to say that she’s been trying to give my item back to but I kept canceling, when she was the one cancelling every time and I have proof. When I threatened to sort it out with Airbnb directly, she IMMEDIATELY offered to send it back to me, and 2 days later, I had it in the mailbox. It’s just sad to see this kind of hospitality, it’s a shame, everything was perfect during the trip until her awful attitude and disrespect on every message she sent, I was just trying to get my property back, which she of course charged me twice the rate of the post office, and sent it with the post office. That wouldn’t slide where I live, where the customer is always respected and treated right.

When I arrive, my host had left a little goodie bag for me. Very thoughtful and responsive host. Extremely clean apartment in quiet and cute surroundings. Huge containers of shampoo and body wash. Very comfortable bed! I am quite noise sensitive and difficult with bedding and mattresses. I only tried the main large bed in the bedroom but I loved it! Very comfy and firm, but not too firm. I didn't try the bunk beds nor the couch so I can't say for these. I only wish there had been a washer as I stayed for a longer period of time. But everything was just great. Thank you!
