Cela fait maintenant 4 ans que je confie la gestion de mon appartement à Damien et son équipe, et j’en suis vraiment très satisfaite ! An exceptional stay in Lyon! The apartment is charming, bright, and perfectly located for exploring the city. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. I booked through Booking and greatly appreciated the efficiency and kindness of the Hosting Services team, as well as their helpful recommendations, which made my trip very enjoyable. I highly recommend them!
Excellente expérience dans l'Airbnb géré par Hosting Service ! L'appartement était impeccable et l'emplacement à Lyon, parfait. Le check-in fut rapide et sans aucune complication. La communication avec l'équipe a été 100% efficace ; ils étaient super attentifs et répondaient immédiatement. Clairement, ils donnent la priorité au confort des voyageurs. Je recommande Hosting Service à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour premium et sans faute à Lyon !
Very helpful and always answers really fast. We forgot our keys inside the apartment by mistake, they managed the issue quickly and were still very gentle!
This company is terrible and has no regard or concerns for their customers. We made a reservation 7 months ago and they canceled 2 days before our arrival! We could not get our money back for another 15 days!!! We had an 8 day reservation so this was a huge amount of stress to find another place within our budget. Of course because our reservation was so close to the date of booking we would not be eligible for a refund if we had to cancel due to an emergency. When we reached out to them with questions and request for help with another booking they refused to help us. Do not waste your time and money with Luckey. I will never book with this company again.
