We had the Best time in france and with Air proverty Provence! We forgot our speaker in our rental and were really upset about it! Thankfully Emma could help us out and now we got our speaker back in no time Thank you for everything again!!

We were a group of 10 guys from Germany and it was a perfect stay! The house was in a very high condition and would recommend a stay at this house to everyone :)
Horrible service We had renting a house in Aix through this agency. We rented this house who fits 8 people, upon arrival, we noticed that we were only left with 3 toilet rolls for the entire week and when requested if there were any more, was responded with NO. The internet was down for the majority of our stay. Which is problematic if you are hoping to stay connected. In summary, I think this is the best example of poor management and horrible hospitality values. I would definitely not recommend going through this agency for any rentals.
We were so impressed with the professionalism and level of service that we received from Emma and Deborah. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to effect the sale of our French house was impressive and not something that one would normally expect from agents. Not being present in France after the compromis we relied on them to do a lot of the organisation on our behalf and they were marvellous. They were also expert at providing leads that were realistic potential purchasers rather than huge numbers of time wasting viewings. We highly recommend this dedicated, energetic and professional team.
