The location was great, easy to walk to the tram, notable sites, shops, etc. The accommodations were basic, but comfy. Missing a few small creature comforts, but definitely manageable. Easy to access, and no issues with finding the apartment.

We have had a stay at one of their houses this summer. We had good contact with the host. We left it in very good condition and even met the manager on our way out. 4 days later without any notification the debited our damage deposit of 1500 euro. They accused of for making scratches on a window. We know 100 percent sure we didn’t do it but wanted to deal with this with our insurance because Offcourse this could have happened without us knowing it (which would be highly unlikely) the manager blocked us on WhatsApp and didn’t want to talk to us) the office was very unfriendly and accused us for not mentioning the damage. We are hospitality professionals and I can say this is a very very very unfriendly company and gave us the worst hospitality experience ever. Don’t book with them, don’t pay the damage deposit.
