It was an absolute gem in the city , peaceful with much to do around the area within walking distance. Beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. Great time, and the staff were quick to help with information on the area.
They are demanding money for damage of the apartment that they themselves invented just to charge you and earn money. And when people are telling the truth in reviews they say it’s a false review. SHAME ! Lmao
*Don’t even consider if you don’t want to lose money! A fraud!* A very disappointing stay. What was most frustrating was being charged for damages that we did not cause. The host claimed issues that were exaggerated, and I felt the charges were completely unfair. We paid for the cleaning and yet they wanted more money for cleaning the oven. Communication with the host was unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to resolve the matter. Generally speaking, I would not recommend this property.
I spent a quality time here with my family. Very clean and very beautiful appartement
I have been very impressed with the management team at Capsule Corp. They have been looking after our apartment in Grenoble and fully organising Airbnb rentals for us. Jérôme, Margaux and their team are professional, responsive and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a property management company.
