Hello. I had originally booked an apartment online for Saint Tropez. Upon arrival, I was informed that the apartment had been canceled a few days before. However, I was helped on-site and was spontaneously offered another apartment. The service was very good, and the staff was very competent. The apartment was also nice. Thanks again.

I don't recommend this place!!! The worst mess I've ever seen, and for a high price. The apartment in Gassin/Cogolin was a complete disaster. We were surprised when a parking space, which was included in the price, was occupated. Someone had been parked there for a long time because the car was a piece of junk. The previous tenants probably tried to intervene. The apartment was filthy, with bird droppings on the patio cushions, etc. The bathroom was in terrible condition, the living room floor was torn, the curtains were hanging torn off, and on the patio were old flowerpots. It was clear that even though the apartment wasn't new, if someone had taken care of it and cleaned it up, it would have looked completely different. Furthermore, there was a problem with the WiFi connection from the very beginning. No one knew the password from that embarrassing office. Everyone lied and which, thanks to them, was the worst vacation we've ever had. The worst thing is that they are unprofessional and fraudulent. Of course, we naively tried to resolve the matter with them and come to an agreement, but they were unwilling. They simply sent someone to us, spoke normally, and stated that they understood us. They took photos, and the next day we received a message that their employee had found no irregularities. It was the most insolent and infuriating thing. I'm warning everyone about this crap. I've never given a review like this in my life, so you have to earn it for the way you treat people. These people shouldn't have anything to do with tourism or customer service. Now look at the other reviews, and I see I'm not the only one with issues with them. I really regret not checking this out, because we tend to trust people, and thanks to this company, we have to be more careful.
We had a very bad experience with interhome gassin. We arrived and there was someone parked in the parking space allocated for us, then the shower water overflowed into the entire living room and the aircon blew hot air. After an hour on the phone, we finally got someone on the line.Our stay went smoothly and the location was good. On the day of departure, my friend told us he had left his computer. We contacted them immediately (a few hours after departure)and they claimed not to have found a computer. Which was impossible, so this indicates theft. First they told me I could come to their agency and when I got there they said they knew nothing about it and still did not have a coputer. Very unfortunate that this has to happen this way.
Literally the worst rental agency! Avoid the apartments they provide if you want to have a not stressful vacation, because when you check in, they will give you a whole lot of documents to read their rules. When you leave, if you don’t follow their rules they will charge extra for not cleaning the fridge, not taking out the rubbish and not closing the shading etc. (yes, they charge you 400€ for deposit!). You have to pay everything extra, wifi, sheets, towels etc. Photos of the room are over photoshopped. Facilities of the apartment are very old and some are even broken and they dare to charge extra for deposit?!
