We had a terrible experience with Propertykeys while staying at Chalet Cosy Home in La Bresse. We were charged €2,500 for damage to the property for which we were not responsible. During our stay, communication with the host was unpleasant and unprofessional. Our phone calls to the company went unanswered, and our questions via WhatsApp received vague or no responses. We were simply referred to our insurance company. This situation significantly ruined our holiday. Although we were eventually vindicated, I would strongly caution anyone considering booking accommodation with Propertykeys. This was far from a pleasant experience—it felt like fraud to me.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful mountain chalet, and it was an exceptional experience. The location was perfect, with stunning mountain views and easy access to both the ski slopes and the lake. The interior was a perfect blend of cozy and modern, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The chalet's facilities were impressive, from a well-equipped kitchen to a relaxing outdoor hot tub, a pool, sauna and even a Pétanque court! What truly set it apart, though, was its cleanliness and the impeccable service. The concierge service went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this chalet for an unforgettable mountain getaway. It exceeded all expectations, and I can't wait to return!

We had an amazing weekend in this very charming chalet surrounded by breathtaking views of the Vosges mountains. It is decorated with such great taste and it is so comfortable and cosy that we felt home away from home. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, the sauna and the outdoor jacuzzi which was a real treat! The concierge service was impeccable and we were attended in the best possible way. We highly recommend it and we’ll make sure to come back very soon!

Consistency at its best! we had spent a great weekend in this chalet in wintertime and just had one of our best summer breaks ever.. it’s super charming, furnished with high taste and equipped with all what we needed to feel pampered during our stay.. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool as much as we had enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi, both capturing the majestic view of the Vosges mountains.. Thank you Propertykeys for the excellent service and the attention to all the details that made our stay so pleasant. This is definitely our favourite getaway from Luxembourg!

Amazing stay in a super cozy and comfortable chalet with charming landscapes all around. We mostly loved the open kitchen - where we could all be together while preparing food - and of course the concierge service that took care of delivering snowshoes so we could enjoy a very well arranged hike in the beautiful mountains. We will definitely come back!
