I can't give less than one star because the site is built like this, this THING is a FRAUD, the owner pretends to be the manager and humiliates tourists, it's a cellar where nothing works, without windows, without parking and without a minimum of privacy, the sheets were stinky, made of some chemicals, worse than council houses, and for 3 nights I paid 224 euros, AVOID THIS PLACE

Entry into the property was not easy and took time to resolve. The location of the entry was also difficult to find, and the access codes initially provided did not work. We eventually discovered we had to use a side entrance. The coffee machine was broken. It worked only twice and then stopped functioning. In addition, we were a party of two, yet only three coffee capsules were provided—leaving us to decide who would get the second cup instead of both of us enjoying two cups. Insufficient toilet paper was provided. There was less than one meter of toilet paper in the bathroom. I contacted the owner and, after receiving no response for over two hours, had to go to the store myself to buy more. Although the owner later offered to stop by, this only came after I sent four messages. There was no apology and no offer to reimburse the cost. Towels were not properly laundered. They were not white, appeared to have been left too long in the washer, and smelled unpleasant. Colored towels also cannot be disinfected with bleach, which raises hygiene concerns. Overall impression: For each issue, I deduct one point from the rating—for a total of six points—because these problems reflect a lack of a proper checklist and consistent quality standards. Reservations clearly state how many guests are coming, so the coffee issue could have been prevented. Toilet paper levels could be easily checked. Clear entry instructions and functional codes should be provided. White towels should always be used to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection. As a business owner of a large international company, I know that attention to detail is key to success. Unfortunately, these oversights left a negative impression of what could otherwise have been a great stay.

Clean flat with all you need. Perfect location, 10mins from beach, shop nearby. Clear instruction for check in/check out. Would've been nice to have blinds in the living room as it got bright really early. Parking outside the flat was bit awkward as there's a tree right in front. But perfect for a night Thank you!

A beautiful apartment with an amazing spa bathroom. The bedrooms are spacious and quiet giving a relaxing and peaceful sleep. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining table is a great place for having a meal. The secure parking is an added bonus that we were glad of as we were travelling on motorcycles. Highly recommended. If you have a problem with your sat nav telling the difference between Rte and Rue try finding the florist Orange & Vert florist 30 Rte de Furnes, 59210 Dunkerque, France as its next door
