Bright, clean, and cozy apartment with a very comfortable bed. I recommend it.
We had a lovely restful night in the beautiful village of Gevrey- Chambertin. The little apartment was spotlessly clean (my number one requirement!) had everything we needed - kitchen, washing machine, and super-comfy bed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
We were so pleased to find the house we rented spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for an extended stay. La Conciergerie d'Émile—and Émile himself—were incredibly responsive, even on Sundays, and consistently helpful and reliable. Thanks to his care and attention, we felt right at home in Dijon from the moment we arrived.
Bonjour! I do not usually write reviews but I just felt I would as Conciergerie d’Émile is an unusually excellent Agent for taking good care for the apartment owners and mostly for the rental client. I wrote them often -not for problems usually but for help with finding what I needed in the community. I did meet the owners briefly one day. He was charming but unfortunately wasn’t fluent in English (and I not in French) or I would have praised him and his wife for an amazing quiet and actually perfect location in Dijon. The cost was absolutely reasonable for what we received. We stayed 3 months -January-March 2025. This location is extraordinary. It is 1 block away from the fresh market and close to restaurants and the tram and 11 minute easy walk to the train station. Located behind a security door to a small quiet courtyard before the ground level apartment. The apartment has everything one might want traveling away from home. It was furnished with a comfortable fold out couch, all the kitchen items and utensils anyone needs including scissors and other small items. The Conciergerie d’Émile was quickly available and remarkably friendly. They helped me with multiple questions and I am pretty sure some of my questions were not in their usual duties but they never were anything but professional and always cheerful and solved my problems/needs. I cannot believe how lucky I was to have chosen this apartment that included La Conciergerie d’Émile.
We stayed at an apartment in Dijon and had an amazing stay. The bed was very comfortable, it had all the amenities we needed, and was very clean. They answered several of our questions about street parking and were very helpful. The location was only a few streets away from the old town and was very easy to walk to restaurants and stores. It was very easy to access the keys and access the apartment.
