Nastasia is the best at what she does. She is a true professional, tremendously resourceful, organized, detail oriented, always available, 100% trustworthy, genuinely kind, and amazingly helpful, and has wonderful contacts that she will personally arrange to assist with anything that you may require while in Paris.
I stayed in one of their Parisian apartments for a month during the late spring/early summer . I couldn't have asked for better communication, suggestions, location and comfort. Nastasia was always just a text away and she initiated communication weeks before my trip to assure that my entry into the apartment ran smoothly. The apartment has several huge windows that let in plenty of light and sun, but most importantly wind in these hot incoming summer days. The apartment was stylish and the couch comfy; plus the apartment was even more spacious than the photos! It was clean; I had all the towels, bedding and kitchen and bathroom equipment needed. This was truly a great apartment that was also close to metro stops. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it! Thanks Serenity Homestay for supporting my amazing stay in Paris!
