I feel so let down by this company. My family and I stayed in Le Lablois over Christmas, and despite calling and texting their 24/7 number multiple times, I was ignored. They were happy to spam me with emails and messages about paying the deposit and all the arrival and departure instructions though. They have far too many rules which was very overwhelming for us, and not even any support to make sure we had a comfortable stay. So I couldn’t ask any questions or clarify anything during my stay. The apartment was nice but they had only one roll of toilet paper (stayed 4 nights). They had no washing detergent either. I tried to ask them for more supplies but again, I was ignored. A complete rip off, please avoid this company!
After 9 days in a shoebox in Avignon this was a welcome change. Large and airy, well presented with every facility provided. It is also in the very centre of the old town about 30 min gentle walk from the station, and a lovely place to stay. We loved it and were sorry to leave.
This quaint apartment in Colmar was in the perfect location! The unit was clean and comfortable and the view was great! Close to cafe’s and restaurants and within walking distance of all our tours that we did! There is a small grocery next door to grab a bottle of wine or beer and some baguettes! The washer and dryer were handy except couldn’t quite get the clothes to fully dry in the dryer, (probably operator error) but we just hung them up and opened the windows! Great area of Colmar! Safe and comfortable!
I couldn't have asked for better accommodations! It’s a large place, with lots of light, comfortable modern furniture and a well-appointed kitchen (microwave, stove, large fridge, and dishwasher). Conveniently located to everywhere yet on a quiet street. I loved it! You must stay here!
Excellent experience. Rented a 3-bedrooms apartment in Strasbourg for 6 days, (Ehrmann Plazza). The apartment was clean and comfortable, comfy beds with clean linens, towels, etc. . . The instructions for keys, access, etc were clear and precise, Cotoon team was very responsive. Great experience and highly recommended.
