Interhome Chamonix

Great location with, super helpful and friendly staff. We would choose this place to stay again. The pool was a nice place to relax after a day of skiing too. James

Good prize, cozy home we stayed at. Just know you’ll have to pay for towels. Toilet paper and all the basic things you think you’ll find in an Airbnb. We had the check in on a Sunday and it was closed so no towels or paper or nothing to wash the dishes with. On our last day we went to get some towels and the ladies working there were super nice. You just have to make sure you read all the instructions they send .

Avoid the local office og interhome. The lady working there destroyed our visit in Chamonix . She was very rude and inpolite demanding from us to do thinks that were not described in the contract. She lost control and hit my friend , got hysteric and pushed me also twice! When we were checking out she demanded to deliver all the towels and linen in her office!! How??? we managed to do that and when we make a complain for that and for the very bad level of the villa ( no ventilation in WC , no sharde bathrooms , very dirty , the door couldnt lock ) she got hysteric again and went back to home not leting us to leave by closing the parking area with her car. We almost lost our flights , the kids were crying because of her madness . I think she is ill and needs psychiatric help. We have called the police the touristic office and made official claims and the lawyer who was with us is starting another process. SHE IS DANGEROUS! be carefull . i rate 1 star because i havent god the opportunity for zero.. Be carefull , stay away from her. ... Worst vacation experience of my life.....

Avoid! Charging unexpected fees, check-in process and customer service is horrible. Apartment location is good but the rest is old and needs upgrading. Broken taps. Non-adjustable shower.

would not recomend at all. I have never liked hotels that add extra charges when you get there. who seriously wants to have to pay extra to rent towles and bed sheets. In australia where im from what price you see is the final price always. they canceled our room the day before we got there because of building works and we were put in a room with no shower head, no shower curtain, moldy walls because there was no window or fan in the bathroom. The water ran dirty for 20 seconds every time you turned it on in the morning because of old rusty pipes i'm guessing and i was unwell so i stayed in bed all day and had builders working above me and banging so loudly all day you could hear it from the ground floor. when i called interhome three times over an hour she couldnt tell them to stop because she couldnt get onto the building manager. never going back.
