CONCIERGE AT YOUR SERVICE

We’ve been using Concierge a votre service for 5 months now to manage our appartment in Cannes. Alan, Soleil and team are incredibly professional and responsive. I recommend their services without hesitation.

We booked the apartment Cocon Forville in Cannes, based on the advertised amenities, including air conditioning, which was non-functional during a 35°C+ heatwave. The concierge: Alan: Concierge a votre service, was not only dismissive and rude but also strangely admitted to the misrepresentation—yet offered no assistance or compensation. To make matters worse, there were no other accommodations available in the area due to peak season. We had children with respiratory issues, and the combination of extreme heat, construction dust from a nearby demolition, and smoke from neighboring smokers made the situation untenable. Sleepless nights were the norm, with noise from construction starting at 4 a.m. and lasting until 11 p.m. We were unable to close the windows due to the heat, meaning we had to breathe in dust, smoke, and construction debris. The apartment was also infested with mosquitoes and bed bugs, and we found cockroaches in the living area. The location itself, while somewhat central, is overshadowed by these issues. Trash was regularly left outside our door due to no nearby bins, further adding to the discomfort. We even had to go to a nearby town to buy fans just to make the unbearable heat more manageable. This was supposed to be a relaxing holiday, but it turned into a nightmare. The previous reviews are clearly faked—do not believe them. For a ten-day stay, this level of misrepresentation and lack of care is outrageous.

Concierge à Votre Service is a 5 star concierge service to the level of the best palaces in the world. Always available and relentless in catering to your every needs. Fantastic job Alan and team. Thank you for making our stay awesome;)

Alan and Concierge a Votre Service have managed my villa, Villa Picaud, for over a year. It has been a wonderful relationship and my villa is very well cared for. He looks after all of my bookings and lets me know when there are matters that I need to attend to and replace. All of the team are most professional and I am very happy to work with them. I enjoy the benefits of the concierge service and I have the utmost respect for the personal service and can recommend them without hesitation. I am very grateful to be have found such a great company who go above and beyond at all times.

I run my own concierge service catering to the film industry in Ireland, so I know all about exacting standards… I have to say that I was beyond impressed with Alain and his team. Their attention to detail and follow-through is simply impeccable. For once, I wasn’t the one booking restaurant or beach clubs or hair stylists (even got one to your villa!)… This service is absolutely impeccable and I could not rate it highly enough… My friend broke her phone and when we called Alain to ask where to fix it, he suddenly arrived at our beach club and got it repaired for her - returning to the same place with it! Unbelievable service… Will definitely use Alain’s team again… Everything was perfect, right down to the impeccable service we received on the drive back to the airport! 😎
