DON’T BOOK HERE. IT’S A SCAM. The same day of the check in, after calling them many times to coordinate the time of arrival, they made an excuse saying that there was no warm water at the apartment and that I needed to CANCEL MY BOOKING. The booking was non refundable so I immediately called Booking.com and arrange the change the place with them directly. I LOST the first day of my holidays trying to fix this. The new hotel options were clearly overpriced because these guys cancelled me at the very last minute. After looking at further reviews from these guys, I’ve realized that the good ones are all fake, and the bad ones are real beacuse they explain the same scam that happened to me. The communication was also terrible. despite sending them many messages in advance through Booking.com, they never replied. Through WhatsApp, they took ages to answer. Don’t go.

SCAM!!! We rented an apartment in Cannes through Booking.com. There were comments that the owner hadn't welcomed the previous tenants for various reasons. The same thing happened to us. He never answered our messages and told us an hour after we arrived that he couldn't give us the apartment because something was broken. He never provided any proof, never canceled the reservation. He obviously made us waste a day looking for another place at a higher price.

Rented a 1 week apartment in cannes, the concierge never reached out to us not even to send a confirmation. One week before arrival i started calling him, he replied every one day and at the end told me it was confirmed. One hour before arrival i started calling him, and he did not pick the phone until i called from a different number. To my surprise he told me the apartment was not available and that i had to cancel my booking online. Of course i did not do it since if i cancel i would not get a refund, had to called booking so they are aware that this is a fraud. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING TO THIS PEOPLE.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and in an excellent location—close to everything we needed. The hosts were attentive and made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend this spot and would definitely stay here again.

Awful and disrespecting. Cancelling our resevation at the very Last minute, we arrived Cannes and wait for the Guy Joao in front of the apartament in 2 Rue Mozart for more than 1 hour, after that recived a Phone call from him cancelling and telling to call booking for looking another places to stay. Never use this company
