Amazing place and the service is very gentle
Thank you very much to the team at interhome cabourg for a fantastic stay. They managed to change our accommodation at the last minute as our first accommodation was not suitable. Would highly recommend interhome in cabourg. Can't wait to the next time
Worst experience in short-term rental I’ve had. Everything was an extra: Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen. Real price of the house was way above of the advertised. Very poor support from the agency. Needed to pick up the key 20’ away from the house. All very uncomfortable
The apartment we rented was in a beautiful location, but unfortunately, the floors were very dirty, there were cobwebs all over the balcony (as if it had not been cleaned in weeks/months), there was still a dirty sponge in the sink and there was only very few cleaning utensils in the apartment. We spent the first half-hour of our vacation cleaning the apartment. When we contacted the local interhome office they never replied to our 3 e-mails even though online they have responded to some negative reviews that they would send a cleaning service in case of a dirty apartment. Once I messaged the interchalet support line (which was located faraway from our apartment) they told us that they had contacted the local office and somebody would be in touch soon. Unfortunately, this was not reliable information. Nobody contacted us in the entire week. It was such a disappointing experience I would not recommend interhome Cabourg to anyone!
Great experience with Interhome in Cabourg. The rental of the apartment was really quick, the accommodation was clean, exactly as described and true to the pictures. The staff at the agency was really helpful when I had left a present in the apartment. They organised to have it collected and offered to have it posted back to me but I asked them to keep it in the agency until I collect it. I would rent from them again for sure.
