We had really nice weekend at camping in Équihen-Plage. Accommodation was nice and clean, good contact with concierge to pick up the keys. Will we come back? it is highly possible.

It was easy to collect and return the keys using a code outside the office. It doesn’t matter if the office is closed because the key boxes are outside. Although I usually prefer to find the key box at the accommodation for self check in, the office was not too far away from our accommodation. Overall this was convenient for us.

My experience with Leroy as a landlord was very disappointing. It seemed that he was more focused on financial gain than on providing a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, I feel that he is taking advantage of loopholes in the legislation to continue his practices. I would advise other renters to be cautious and do thorough research before making a decision, as platforms like Booking and Airbnb may not protect you from his actions.

DO NOT USE! AVOID! SCAMMERS! We stayed 1 night in Aug. They took a deposit hold and returned the deposit hold 2 weeks later and then 4 weeks after our stay they have charged me the full deposit. They didn’t communicate regarding this charge and why they were charging it. I didn’t authorise this charge and they had no reason to charge. They haven’t answered any emails and their phone lines just cut off! There is no way of getting hold of them. Before they reply to this review (like they have done to other reviews) saying we left the property in a bad way…. WE DID NOT. The property was left in perfect condition. We were out all evening came back slept, had a shower, cup of tea and left. We washed up, cleaned the kitchen down, put the bedding back exactly how we found it, took our rubbish with us. When we arrived there was a damaged hook and a light bulb wasn’t working in the lamp. That was the only ‘damage’ we encountered which was their when we arrived. They have absolutely no right to charge us a penny let alone £447.20! I’m furious. Please don’t use this company!
