Wonderful stay at Place de Quinconces apartment. Cynthia & Nicolas were responsive and informative throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

Nous sommes tout à fait ravis du service effectué par Marie Poppins, géré par Nicolas et son équipe. Excellence prise en charge des clients, nettoyage impeccable de la maison. Nicolas est toujours présent pour aider et trouver des solutions concernant notre bien (travaux d’entretien, aménagement…). Confiée à Marie Poppins depuis 2 ans, nous avons tellement de commentaires positifs que la maison est classée 4,89/5 sur AirBnB! « Une co-gestion de notre immobilier au/delà de nos attentes » On recommande les yeux fermés.

Expérience positive avec la conciergerie Mary Poppins. Le service est rigoureux et bien structuré, assurant une gestion efficace des biens. Une adresse fiable pour une bonne prise en charge des locations.

J’ai confié mon appartement à Nicolas et à la conciergerie Mary Poppins, et j’en suis vraiment super content. Tout a été nickel du début à la fin : l’appartement toujours impeccable, bien entretenu, une communication au top et un vrai suivi. Nicolas est transparent, pro et toujours disponible, ça met tout de suite en confiance. Les locataires sont très bien accueillis et tout est géré avec soin. Franchement, je recommande cette conciergerie sans hésiter, et je redonnerai les clés de mon appartement à Nicolas les yeux fermés !

Nicolas was the concierge for a property we rented through HomeAway in L'Herbe. We have several issues. After Nicolas had shown us in we messaged him to say that there were a few problems including the toilet seat being broken. When he came to check us out on the the day of departure we again mentioned the broken toilet seat. However it is clear he did not believe us since we were later charged for a new toilet seat as this was deducted from our damage deposit. The house was not clean - there were several reasons why including dirty crockery still in the dishwasher, we also had to wash all the crockery and cutlery before we could use it as it was grubby. All the floors inside were dirty - our feet were black. Lots of dog hairs on the carpet. Blood on the floor in the upstairs toilet. We had to wash and mop the patio. Nicolas said he did not agree the house was not clean There was also an issue with the automatic sprinkler system which was supposed to come on at midnight but was often still on at 8.00 a.m. flooding half the patio. We reported this to Nicolas during our stay but he never replied. We also reported it to him when we left. We hired bedlinen from Nicolas. This is the most expensive bedlinen we have ever had in France and indeed in Cap Ferret at 15 Euros PER PERSON (not per pack which is what we usually pay) so that was 90 Euros for our family of 6. At that price we at least expected good quality bedlinen. It was not good quality and it was old and bobbly. Cleaning Fee. At no point during any communication with Nicolas did he mention a cleaning fee nor when he showed us in did he mention a cleaning charge. Nor in fact had the owner ever mentioned a cleaning charge either when we paid nor in any communication. Yet on the morning of our departure when we were cleaning and packing Nicolas sent a message to say we must have 143.80 euros in cash ready for him when he arrived for the cleaning charge. We were shocked since this was the first we had heard about this. Neither Nicolas nor the owner had asked us to clean the house either. In fact we had cleaned the house at least to a better standard than when we arrived. Had we been asked to deep clean it then of course we would. We said we would not pay the fee since it had never been mentioned and Nicolas agreed there had been miscommunication so we thought that was the end of the matter. However when we got our damage deposit back the 143.80 cleaning fee has been deducted along with the cost of the toilet seat we did not break. A damage deposit however is not for cleaning but for any damage. We messaged Nicolas to ask about this and to ask why he did not believe we had not broken the toilet seat but he has not replied. This whole issue with the cleaning charge has spoilt our holiday and has not been a good end.
