We loved our short break January 26 in Bordeaux staying at this perfect property. Heloise gave us a warm welcome! The location is absolutely perfect with a couple of boulangeries, some excellent restaurants and wine shops all in less than five minutes walk from your front door. Even though we visited during rainy cold season the apartment is cosy, warm and had everything we needed. Top tip - bring a pair of slippers, not essential, nice to ha. All the sights are in walking distance and a visit to Cite Du Vin as well a Basins Des Lumieres is a tram ride away (highly recommended). The washing machine and tumble dryer was the cherry on top, managed to refresh our clothes for our onward stay in France. Highly recommended and will stay here again when I’m next in Bordeaux!
I wish that I could give Julie’s place 6 stars. The apartment is charming and spacious. Our group of 3 adults felt at home immediately. The bed are comfortable. The sheets are high as are the towels. The clothes washer was a bonus and a large drying rack is provided. The entire apartment was spotless. Absolutely a perfect location. We were provided with lots of helpful tips for restaurants. The city is easy to navigate with trams. The city paid for itself using trams and entrance to sites and museums Julie’s communication was excellent giving all the information we needed to find the apartment, check in, wi fi code, check out instructions. Any time I sent a message I got a reply almost immediately. I highly recommend!
Absolutely FANTASTIC! The house was perfect for our family to relax and enjoy some down time as well to explore the area - the pool and AC were added bonus! The owners, Julie and Antonio, were EXCELLENT - met us at the house to walk us through and communication was the best I’ve experienced. If you are looking for a place to stay in Bordeaux, I highly recommend renting with Julie and Antonio.
My wife and I visited Bordeaux for 3 days and stayed in Julies absolutely wonderful apartment. It is tastefully decorated, and just the right size for 2 people. The location is fantastic and very walkable, right in the center of the old district. This is the place to be when you are visiting Bordeaux!
Fantastic spot, fantastic location. Large apartment with all the amenities, two large bedrooms and a pullout couch. I was there with my wife and son. We use the garage to park a rental for a few days, but mostly used it as a pace camp to wander around the beautiful city. Julie is an excellent host and was very responsive to any and all questions. Highly recommend. This is the second time we've rented this apartment and would do it again.
