the smell of croissants baking from the kitchen below was a very French blessing,,,great flat location
We met Sandrine in Nov 2024 while visiting Annecy & thinking of purchasing our dream home. She and her team have helped us through every step from getting our short term lease permit, to figuring out how to file tax documents, to recommending professionals for work & repair on the apartment. Sandrine knows what travelers like & need on their visits to Annecy. She and her team make sure our place is welcoming to travelers and to us when we get home to Annecy. I couldn't recommend Like My Home more! Brava Sandrine!
This apartment was amazing. It is spacious, comfortable, clean, quality amenities and the location was perfect. There are shops, markets , cafe’s, restaurants..,everything you need just outside your door. It is 10 minute walk to the lake and the pedestrian markets are just around the corner . The communication with Sandrine was easy and quick and very informative. The place is a gem . I could not ask for anything more.
We have stayed at 100+ Airbnb’s around the world and have had some absolutely wonderful hosts. We have typically found concierge services/management companies to be a bit less hands-on and personal than individual owners - that is, until now. Like My Home is the perfect name for Sandrine’s company, as she hosts her properties as if they were her own. We are hoping to purchase a holiday home in Annecy, and we absolutely will use her to rent it when we are not there. In the meantime, either by booking directly with her or by booking on Airbnb, booking.com or VRBO, we will now always stay with her when visiting Annecy.
We’ve had a great stay in Annecy. The easy communication and flexible check-in times were very convenient. The apartment itself was very clean and provided everything we needed for a workation of 1 week, including fast WiFi and a well supplied kitchen. Annecy city provide free bikes to get into and out of town. The pickup location is 5mins walking from the apartment, which makes it a very convenient location, well away from the mass tourism in the old city center.
