The Conciergerie du Lac

Beautiful apartment, close to everything. Fabulous view over the rooftops on the sun trap balcony. Well appointed; had everything needed. Great communication for entry and exit. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay, very much. Every detail of the apartment design provided comfort and joy. The beds especially were very comfortable. The stay here made the experience of Annecy more special.

We rented the apartment “Le Palazzo”, it was not worth it. Our extra bed request for our baby was approved, but we were told that it was automatic from the bot, and we were not provided a bed. In addition to that, the blankets and pillows were soo dirtyy with blood on them. To Clara, it was okay. Hope you’ll use those bloody blankets!! The TV does not work, it’s just a decoration. The sofa was so uncomfortable. We regret that we chose this place and we do not recommend. Check photos.

Amazing affordable flat for a couple with everything we needed! Incredible location, couldn't be more central. Very comfy bed and enjoyed playing on the guitar and the big Bluetooth speaker was a great extra! Got confused where the cutlery was (it's in the kitchen table) Très bon! :)

Stayed at La Cantonade in Annecy, a property that La Conciergerie du Lac manages. We left this property after the 1st night of 4 due to the MAJOR ISSUES. To begin with, no contact via email 2 days in advance for check in, as promised. I had to call them just before we arrived in the city. Near failure of in person check in process: the agent did not arrive as arranged. There is no proper place to park at this property so we had to wait in the car (37C/99F outside) with A/C on….parked illegally. The agent was over 1 hour late. She eventually arrived with her ~10 year old child in tow and was dressed inappropriately for business. Also, she wanted to leave as quickly as possible, and left without giving us procedures for garbage, appliances, check out etc… The actual apartment is misrepresented by the photos on the internet, where it shows as bright, fresh, and nice accents (pillows blankets etc..). Instead, it is dark, with nothing on the walls, no accents as in the photos, and no window coverings on the inside (only Heavy Duty exterior protection security blinds to seal the place up when not in use). The apartment was also clearly VERY DIRTY …. Crumbs, mold, and dirt. The included parking space was unusable (only good for sub compact cars less than 4m (13ft)). We had to park way up the hill above the property on a busy street. Also, we were harassed by a resident of the building when wheeling in our suit cases inside as apparently tourist rentals are not allowed here. As it turns out, “Tourist Rental is FORBIDDEN in this building” as clearly stated in the Building’s Elevator on digital information screen. They will “tell” you they have City Hall approval (see our photo of the sign in the elevator). The temp inside apartment was 28-30C (82-86F). We requested a fan. No response. Note that our requests and complaints were met with either silence, excuses or dismissal.
