NG Conciergerie Aix-en-Provence

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans l' appartement de Gauthier à Aix. Il est très confortable, parfaitement propre et vraiment calme, ce qui permet de bien se reposer. Pour l’accueil : très chaleureux, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Je recommande sans hésiter

Nous avons travaillé avec Gauthier sur plusieurs biens qu’il gère en conciergerie et ça s’est toujours très bien passé . Il est professionnel, à l’écoute, consciencieux et multitâche..!! Gauthier et toujours soucieux des personnes qui travaillent avec lui et nous avons pu constater qu’il fait de même avec ses clients . Ce n’est pas un travail facile et il le fait avec brio du haut de son jeune âge . Nous réitérerons avec plaisir notre collaboration avec lui .

We stayed in Aix-en-Provence and Gauthier was of great help to us. The house was great and definitely fulfilled expectations. Communication was fast and clear. Would definitely recommend and/or come back again!

We had a lovely stay, our host was warm welcoming and happy to provide recommendations of places to eat and things to see. Would highly recommend staying here.

What can I say ? The services was great from the communication to the accommodation offered. Coming from Canada it’s not easy to find such spot as what Mr Novara could offer. Everytime I came by everything was perfect and that made my trips easier !
