J’ai fait appel à cette conciergerie et j’en suis extrêmement satisfaite. Le service est professionnel, réactif et toujours réalisé avec le sourire. La communication est fluide et les prestations sont impeccables, que ce soit pour la gestion du logement, l’accueil des voyageurs ou l’entretien. On sent vraiment qu’ils prennent soin de tout comme si c’était chez eux. Je recommande vivement à toute personne souhaitant avoir l’esprit tranquille et confier son bien à une équipe sérieuse et fiable !

Plus que content de partager mon expérience avec la Conciergerie Valentin. La gestion de notre bien est d'un tout autre niveau depuis que j'ai décidé de leur faire confiance. J'ai surtout apprécié l'écoute et la disponibilité des équipes qui ont su m'aider dans le développement et la gestion de mon patrimoine immobilier. Un coup de main précieux, je recommande chaleureusement.

L'agence Valentin gère notre appartement depuis maintenant plusieurs mois. Nous avons largement gagné en sérénité en leur confiant la gestion locative de notre bien. Ils sont très professionnels et nous ont apporté des conseils sur les modifications/décorations/améliorations à apporter. Depuis l'appartement est quasiment loué en permanence avec des avis toujours très positifs. Je recommande cette agence.

I rented an apartment on Booking.com that was managed by conciergerie/immo Valentin. It did not match the advertisement. The company did not respond to messages, and when I finally managed to get in touch with them on the phone one day later, they admitted the mistake in the listing and promised to reimburse the full amount via Booking. We left the accommodation and booked something else in good faith that the company would follow up on their promise. Long story short: so far they have let two requests for a refund expire on Booking and are not responding to the Booking customer service. The listing of the apartment on Booking.com also hasn't been adjusted yet, so unfortunately I see little progress. Everyone considering using this company’s services - do yourself a favour and don’t. It speaks for itself that once the reimbursement has been approved by Valentin on Booking.com, I will of course adjust this review to reflect that a solution has been found.

Happy to recommend this Airbnb. It's conveniently located s short walk from the centre of Aix and has secure parking on site. The apartment itself is clean and has all the basics you might need.
