Accueil au top! Personnels très serviables et très professionnels. Service de qualité. Nous repasserons par eux pour notre prochaine location. Valmorel est une très jolie station, très familiale.
Toujours aussi simple, efficace et impeccable! Location de draps, housse de couette, serviettes, torchons, etc. Ménage de fin de séjour toujours aussi pratique pour quitter cette belle station l'esprit léger. Rendez-vous cet hiver 🎿
Bonjour, avons passés une bonne semaine, appartement nickel, seul bémol, nous nous sommes aperçu en rentrant chez nous, nous nous sommes aperçu que nous avions oubliés un vêtement dans la penderie. Nous avons appelés hôte service pour qu'il puisse nous le renvoyer " à nos frais " bien sûr. Il nous demandais "35 euros " pour un vêtement acheté 36 euros chez decathlon. On leur a fait comprendre qu'il pouvait le garder 😬 . En plus au téléphone, la personne étais très froide. Argent facile... ....
